How is this Program different from the other training programs?

This is the first training program that brings together all corporate functions that involve the physical workplace, allowing workplace professionals to gain an overview of each of the different functions that make up our industry.


The objective of the program is to empower workplace professionals with:


  1. The basic knowledge and skills for each workplace function, and for how they all work together to create a cohesive and holistic workplace experience.
  2. The capability to initiate partnerships with the other workplace functions in their organizations - even if they sit in different departments - using their language.
  3. The ability to influence leadership by leveraging the critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that can only be delivered by the Workplace Experience function.


I am already an experienced professional for one (or more) of these workplace functions. What will I gain from signing up to the full Basic Program?

This Training Program sheds light onto each of the functions from a new perspective, which is from the holistic viewpoint of an overall workplace experience.


In addition to learning about the workplace function and how it operates, each session will also discuss its significance in the hybrid environment, its interconnection with the other functions, and its critical KPIs that drive its success. 


The objective of the Basic Program is not to teach participants how to become professionals in each function. Rather, it provides an overview of the function as an important piece to a much larger industry.



What if I want to learn more about one (or more) of these functions?

We have an Advanced Program that contains individual training modules on each workplace function which provides a much deeper dive into how the function works.


Our trainers for the Advanced Program, who are leaders and specialists in their own fields, will take you through a deeper understanding of the industry, share their unique perspective, and discuss emerging trends and practical applications. 


The training modules for the Advanced Program will be available soon! We will send an email to all members of this program to update you when it becomes available.


 

Will there be other training sessions for us to look forward to?

Yes! Our objective is for this Training Platform to become the go-to source for relevant training programs for workplace professionals of all levels, and around the world.
